RESPONSIBILITY

"BALATSOU FILOTHEI TOU NIKOLAOU" reserves the right to modify the published itinerary or cancel a program at any time, without penalty, if deemed necessary for reasons of comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants.

All dates, schedules, details, and prices listed are provided in good faith and based on the latest available information but may be subject to updates or changes.

Participants must ensure they are in good physical and medical condition to travel and are required to inform the provider in advance of any special requirements.

"BALATSOU FILOTHEI TOU NIKOLAOU" may decline participation or request withdrawal from the tour at any point if a participant’s presence poses a direct health or safety risk.

BOOKING CONTRACT

Your booking is confirmed once written confirmation is issued by "BALATSOU FILOTHEI TOU NIKOLAOU" or your travel agent following receipt of your deposit. Please review your confirmation for accuracy and report any errors immediately. All participants must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

BOOKING FOR OTHERS

If you are booking on behalf of others, you accept responsibility for all payments, communication, and ensuring accurate information is provided. You also confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from all participants.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included and must be arranged independently. "BALATSOU FILOTHEI TOU NIKOLAOU" is not responsible for personal safety, lost or stolen items, illness, or disruptions caused by unforeseen events. Comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended.

CONTENT ACCURACY

PRICING AND TOURS

Prices are subject to change without notice. Those who already booked will not be affected by changes. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Children under 7 participate free; older children pay adult rates. Prices include taxes but exclude personal expenses and tips.

BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION

Bookings must include accurate details. Upon booking, a confirmation and voucher will be emailed. This must be presented on the tour day. Booking modifications must be requested within 48 hours.

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required at booking. A voucher will be issued upon payment. Discounts apply up to 120 days before the tour. If payment is not made in time, "BALATSOU FILOTHEI TOU NIKOLAOU" may cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, immediate refunds may not be feasible. Two options are offered:

A voucher for the full amount, valid for three years and transferable.
A full refund after the pandemic ends, typically within 2–3 months.

PUNCTUALITY

Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows, and no refunds will be issued.

TAXES

All prices include VAT (24%) and other legal charges.

WEBSITE USAGE

VOUCHERS

Introduction

Our clients (businesses) use our systems as online booking engines for their websites and for reservations from other sales channels (website, OTAs, Affiliates, resellers). Some of them use additional services/features of our systems (full package) and manage their services, their reservations and their human resources. For security reasons each client (business) has a different data base which is accessible only from their registered users.

Services

Privacy Policy applies only to subdomains of travelotopos.com (company.travelotopos.com) as well as of caronline.gr (company.caronline.gr), transferonline.gr (company.transferonline.gr), charteronline.gr (company.charteronline.gr), charteronlilne.io (company.charteronline.io), related websites and apps.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Travelotopos’ booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

Travelotopos shares the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.

Location Information (only concerns the TransferOnline App)

Privacy is of utmost importance to us at Travelotopos, and we are committed to safeguarding the information of our users. Our TransferOnline mobile application utilizes location tracking to efficiently assign reservations for transfer services. The tracking data, essential for operational purposes, is shared exclusively with users of the application, enabling them to stay informed about the arrival time and estimated journey duration of their assigned driver. Additionally, for seamless operational integration, we share this data with select third-party API partners. At Travelotopos, we prioritize the security and safety of our travelers, estimating distances and traffic conditions to ensure a secure and reliable transportation experience. Rest assured, we handle all information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with privacy standards to offer a transparent and trustworthy service.

Why does Travelotopos collect and share data?

1. Online Reservations: First and foremost, we collect on behalf of our clients personal data to complete the online Trip Reservation, which is basically central to what we do as a company.

2. Accounting purposes: Since we are a SAAS system and we get paid from each successful reservation we collect data and we calculate the agreed fee per reservation.

3. Statistics: We use these data end for statistical purposes on behalf of our clients.

For how long does Travelotopos keep data in file?

Travelotopos keeps data in file for one year after the date, data were given. After this period Travelotopos destroys these data.

What measures has Travelotopos taken to keep data safe and secure?

Travelotopos observes reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorised access to, and the misuse of, personal data.

We use appropriate business systems and procedures to protect and safeguard the personal data our clients updates in our system We also use security procedures and technical and physical restrictions for accessing and using the personal data on our servers. Only authorized personnel are permitted to access personal data in the course of their work.
