RESPONSIBILITY

This document represents the entire agreement between the participant and “I Love Meteora”.
“I Love Meteora” reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes in the published itinerary and/or to withdraw the program announced, whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of tour participants.
Dates, schedules, program details, and costs, although provided in good faith based on information available at the time of publication of the brochure or catalog, are subject to change and revision.
All participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel.
Participants are required to advise the provider, in advance, of any physical, medical or other special needs that require accommodating.
“I Love Meteora” reserve the right, without penalty, to decline to accept any person as a participant in a program, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, if that individual’s participation poses a direct threat to health or safety.
Since “I Love Meteora” doesn’t own or manage hotels, carriers or restaurants, venues used as such we are not liable for the non-performance or improper performance of these thereof we have no responsibility for inconvenience, loss or damage, any cancellations caused by the proprietors or operators.
Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant. “I Love Meteora” will not accept liability for any loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger’s belongings. Passengers should report any lost items to the “I Love Meteora” guide, who will assist in completing a lost property form that can be used for any insurance claim in this matter.
THE BOOKING CONTRACT
Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when the Tour Operator or your travel agent issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to the Tour Operator or authorized agent immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You agree to provide full, complete and accurate information to the Tour Operator.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS
By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your Tour booking, notifying the Tour Operator or your travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.
By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.
PERSONAL INSURANCE
Personal insurance is not included. It is your responsibility to take out appropriate travel insurance. Although “I Love Meteora” and its representatives will always strive to ensure safe and enjoyable completion of its tours they cannot be held responsible for the personal safety of participants. Each participant shall be fully responsible for his/her personal health, medical needs and safety.
“I Love Meteora” is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, illness, disappointments or frustrations while on tour, nor is “I Love Meteora” responsible for any type of trip interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. To avoid charges for cancellation due to covered reasons, we highly recommend the purchase of comprehensive trip insurance.
REVISIONS AND ERRATA
The materials appearing on I Love Meteora’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. I Love Meteora does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. I Love Meteora may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. I Love Meteora does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, I Love Meteora will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
I Love Meteora makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of I Love Meteora for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of I Love Meteora or that of its employees or agents.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to I Love Meteora or otherwise used by I Love Meteora as permitted by law.
In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
I Love Meteora Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
IMAGES AND MARKETING
You agree that, while participating in any Tour, images, photos or videos may be taken by other participants, the Tour Operator or its representatives that may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to the Tour Operator, its contractors, sub-contractors and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.
Tours
PRICING
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Customers that have already made a purchase are not obliged to pay the difference in case of an increase in prices. I Love Meteora are not liable for refunding the difference in the case of price reduction.
All prices provided are on a per person basis unless otherwise stated.
Children up to 7 years of age participate for free. Persons over the age of 7 are obliged to pay the adult rate.
Prices include local taxes. Prices do not include tips, personal expenses or personal insurance.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Every customer is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. When a booking has been made through our website, customers will receive confirmation and voucher via email. This document must be saved as evidence of purchase and be presented on the day of the tour. I Love Meteora reserves the right to refuse service to any customer without a voucher.
Users are advised to check the details of the booking and should inform I Love Meteora immediately of any errors. Changes may be made up to 48 hours after booking.
PAYMENT
All tours booked through the website of Travelopos. Upon receipt of the payment I Love Meteora will issue a voucher and send it via email. The voucher must be printed, as proof of purchase, and be presented on the day of the tour.
Payment in full (100%) is required at the time of booking.
Discounts are valid up to 120 days to the scheduled excursion.
“I Love Meteora” reserve the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
IMPORTANT
Dear clients due to the unfolding Covid-19 Pandemic and the massive amount of refund claims coupled with the missing new bookings is putting an enormous strain on our liquidity.
Therefore, we are forced to take measures in order to keep our company alive and save our employees’ jobs.
We would really appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented global crisis. As you may all understand, due to the severity of the current situation, it is humanly impossible to fully refund instantly all our dear customers who choose to book tours with us!
Instead, we offer you the following 2 options for your full refund:
- You can receive via e-mail a voucher to the full amount to be used by anyone you choose or yourself valid for the next 3 years. If for any reason you will not be able to travel within this time frame of 3 years, we can either postpone the validity or offer you a full refund. Also, this voucher can be used by your family or friends as a gift.
- If you choose for a full refund, we will be able to fully refund you 2-3 months after this global crisis is over.
There is nothing to gain if the travel agents go bankrupt, as the guarantee systems in place will not be able to absorb all the refund claims of consumers. We totally understand that the current unprecedented situation presents challenges for everyone alike. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! We sincerely hope that this crisis will soon be over and that we will have the opportunity to see you here at Meteora as you had planned originally.
PUNCTUALITY
Customers should adhere to the time on their voucher. If a customer does not arrive on time, I Love Meteora will consider this a no-show, the tour will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. It is recommended that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour.

VAT 24% and all legal taxes
PRICING
Price is per person unless otherwise stated and subject to availability.
Prices shown are fully inclusive of taxes, levies and government charge current at the time of publication. Prices do not include tips, personal expenses or personal insurance.
Prices shown are for payments made by cash or via credit card payment.
Children from 0-7 years old participate for free, Persons over the age of 7 are obliged to pay the adult rate.
CHANGE OF USE
I Love Meteora reserves the right to:
change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that I Love Meteora shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
ADVICE
The contents of I Love Meteora website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
I Love Meteora VOUCHERS
You will receive a personalized I Love Meteora Voucher for each tour, event or service booked.You must provide the original, authentic I Love Meteora Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid I Love Meteora Voucher.
For security purposes, when redeeming your I Love Meteora Voucher you must present the I Love Meteora Voucher. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.
In some cases, I Love Meteora also requires that you present the credit card used to purchase your tour or ticket at the time of redemption. This generally applies only to attraction and show tickets. This helps us to prevent credit-card misuse. You will be advised at checkout whether or not you must present the credit card used for booking. In some cases I Love Meteora will waive this requirement, generally to facilitate gift purchases. However this requirement can only be waived by contacting I Love Meteora’s Customer Care team once your booking has been confirmed, and any changes or amendments will be made at I Love Meteora’s sole discretion.
Please note that your I Love Meteora Voucher(s) can be confiscated – and immediately canceled without refund – if your signature and/or name do not match those shown on either your credit card or Gift Certificate.
All matters arising are subject to the laws of the Hellenic Republic without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
