BOOKING FOR OTHERS
If you are booking on behalf of others, you accept responsibility for all payments, communication, and ensuring accurate information is provided. You also confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from all participants.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included and must be arranged independently. "BALATSOU FILOTHEI TOU NIKOLAOU" is not responsible for personal safety, lost or stolen items, illness, or disruptions caused by unforeseen events. Comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended.

PRICING AND TOURS
Prices are subject to change without notice. Those who already booked will not be affected by changes. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Children under 7 participate free; older children pay adult rates. Prices include taxes but exclude personal expenses and tips.
BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION
Bookings must include accurate details. Upon booking, a confirmation and voucher will be emailed. This must be presented on the tour day. Booking modifications must be requested within 48 hours.
PAYMENTS
Full payment is required at booking. A voucher will be issued upon payment. Discounts apply up to 120 days before the tour. If payment is not made in time, "BALATSOU FILOTHEI TOU NIKOLAOU" may cancel the reservation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, immediate refunds may not be feasible. Two options are offered:
A voucher for the full amount, valid for three years and transferable.
A full refund after the pandemic ends, typically within 2–3 months.
PUNCTUALITY
Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows, and no refunds will be issued.
TAXES
All prices include VAT (24%) and other legal charges.
WEBSITE USAGE
